He should have taken the stand, I think he made a big mistake in not doing so.

Hi, Ftd. Zim has outstanding lawyers. He should do what they advise. They've been through this before. We haven't.

My understanding of their decision is they think they're winning, so why risk Zimmerman being tripped up. No possible gain makes it worth while right now from their view.

What item(s) do you think the PROSECUTION has proven at this point?

I believe he is innocent, but the fact remains jurors always want to hear from the defendant himself.

As for the Defense lawyers, they are always conservative.

Listening to the Defense lawyers on ESPN, regarding the case of the Tight End from the Patriots, you would think no one was ever convicted of murder without the murder weapon or witnesses.

The guy gets into a car with the victim and comes home without him-'only circumstantial, cannot convict'-balony!

They have convicted people without bodies!

So, the judge can tell the Jury that they must not hold the fact that he didn't testify against him, but human nature will do so in most cases. I am afraid that he is going to be convicted of manslaughter since the judge wouldn't allow the text messages into evidence.

I hope I am wrong.
