I’m just glad she’s not on the jury. What astounds though me is not that a judge would be so openly biased, but that she would be so in front of cameras in a highly watched case. She’s not even trying to disguise it one wit.
She doesn’t want mistrial or having an acquittal hung on her own conduct running the court. Nobody can say she did anything to favor the defense. And actually I think that’s a big plus for the defense.
