Riddle me this.. can she vacate the decision and render a guilty verdict from the bench? Or can she declare a mistrial and vacate the decision for retrial on her own?

Riddle me this.. can she vacate the decision and render a guilty verdict from the bench? No. A judge can only vacate a guilty decision in favor of an acquittal.
