You are misapplying the data. All of the people in question live in the US, where the correlation between nutrition, access to education, and poverty, and their impact on cognition and IQ are fundamentally different than in sub-Saharan Africa. Furthermore, the apparent racial clustering demonstrated may be to an extent, and by the author’s own admission, an artifact of the use of an algorithm based on extant data in neighboring nations developed for the study of economic development.
