That's the promise we got twice before. Did it ever happen? Republicans like Paul are like Charlie Brown----always running to kick that football. Securing the border is a Constitutional requirement that carries no conditions, including amnesty for illegal aliens. Just enforce the law.

So the folks who broke the law by entering our country illegally and who have continued to break the law by staying and working will be granted visas and allowed to stay in the country? That's amnesty by definition:
"the act of an authority (as a government) by which pardon is granted to a large group of individuals"
Pardon: "the excusing of an offense without exacting a penalty"
