It makes no sense to me to delay implementation, even if somehow this is legal for the president to do so.
Obamacare was passed in March 2010. We were told that different pieces of the law would be phased in over a period of years, to allow for a smooth transition to the new law, among other things.
So, after over three years, the Obama administration is so imcompetent that they need yet another year to properly administer the employer mandate piece of the law? Really? After over three years of preparation, they are still not ready????
Why aren’t Republicans, or any talking heads in the media, talking about how this represents gross incompetence on the part of this administration?
The republicans mute themselves, and the media mutes them further.
They really seem inept at seizing the national dialogue. I can tell them how to do it in about 5 sentences but then that’s the way they are on all kinds of things, aren’t they?
The only party I hate more than the republicans is the democrats.
