Senator Rand Paul may not have made up his mind about whether to run for president in 2016, but he is already having some fun at the expense of a possible opponent in the GOP primary. Appearing on Fox News Hannity this evening, the Kentucky Republican was asked to comment on both his own presidential prospects and those of Texas Governor Rick Perry, who announced this morning that he will not seek re-election to his current office. Paul replied, Well, I dont know about what Ive decided yet, but if Governor Perry decides to run for president, I think there are three good reasons he could be president: You know, Texas is a big, successful state; hes a long-term governor; . . . I cant remember the third one, but, uh . . .
