I thought the same thing as well. As he’s banging ZM’s head into the concrete, it would make sense a knuckle scrapped the concrete.
As a woman, I have never been in a fist fight, I wonder how many abrasions, bruising is left on the punchers knuckles?
And DiMaio made a crucially important point in that TM wasn’t alive long enough, after having punched GZ, to have developed that bruising on the knuckles. Ergo, why TM didn’t have any real injuries, on his hands or otherwise, other than the gunshot wound.
It makes logical and common sense, but I had never thought about it in that way before today. Let’s hope the jury is now thinking about it in that way.
