True. If you remember back to the OJ trial, many were sure that all of the DNA evidence was fatal for the defense, but after the trial the jury members revealed that they all basically nodded off and weren't paying attention to any of the technical evidence.
Hopefully, this jury is composed of fewer 'low info' types who can't grasp the concepts presented.
Yep, but in this case the jury was not in there to hear this entire testimony/back story.
