I will not watch a movie that coyly makes American military into murderous animals. That was what james Cameron was doing.
I never once heard the word "American" in the movie. Oh, well.
They were American? I’m not being facetious here. I thought it was generic ‘Earth ‘ troops.
I’ll watch “Avatar” for the eye candy, but I can’t help but laugh every time a character (or the movie in general) has a dramatic moment.
James Cameron hasn’t written characters well since “Aliens.” Even “Terminator 2,” one of my all-time favorites, has some awful writing.
“Avatar” is about a half-step below “True Lies” in its awfulness, but at least it’s pretty.
