What about his school records?
You mean Saint Trayvon’s 4.0 grade point average, his membership in the national honor society, all of those advanced placement classes he aced, his participation in debate club and mathletes, his presidency of the student group on race relations, his stirring salutatory speech at graduation, his academic scholarship to Cornell, his 28 page proof that Thevenin’s Theorem is utter nonsense, his ability to solve a 12th level determinant in under a minute, or his triumphant term as student body president?? THOSE records??
His school records are not “relevant” to the case at hand under court room proceedure, and will not be brought up, until someone on the prosecution side tries to make him sound like an upstanding student. At that time, the defense can refute that by arguing his bad record in school, his suspensions, etc.
