The Texas State Cops will just learn next time to bring in the TSA for backup. They pretty much have carte-blanche to touch anyone anywhere.
Think about this. This one and the one a few months ago are the only two we've heard about. I wonder how many others have happened and the victims were too embarrassed to come forward.
These are isolated incidences perpetrated by the low-end recruits that law enforcement has to recruit now days. The Texas DPS is actually one of the better agencies in the nation. In this time of high unemployment they cannot get higher qualified people to apply like they did in ages past. I would be more concerned that in one instance two deputies from the Sheriff’s office stood there and watched without saying a word. I know lots of troopers and they would not even consider this and would quickly put a stop to it, sadly they are mostly retired/retiring.
Years ago they started recruiting out of state and also by tradition the colonel rose from the ranks. The current colonel was a trooper for a short time but left Texas for many years to work for the feds (need I say more).
I was standing on the track of a large crane we were using to place concrete talking to the operator, we were facing north in the south bound lanes. We watch as a woman about 25, her husband driving, stand up just as she passes “The Inspector” and throw something at him, looked like a bag, hitting him in the back of the head.
Turned out to be a FULL wet Pampers...what an arm...

This happened in Brazoria county which is part of the greater Houston metro.
I believe it was two white male cops that pulled over a car load of black females returning from the beach. The cavity search was done by a female officer that apparently arrived later.
My Pappy used to say, “Nothing will touch my arse but Delsey tissue”! I’d rather slide down a 50 foot razor blade and slip into a cool pool of alcohol before I would allow this sick act to happen.

These women were sexually assaulted. Are the police actually going to argue that the two women were driving down the road trying to entice police officers to give them body cavity searches?
How would we look at this is the two women where white and coming from a church picnic?
