I’m not saying it isn’t real money. When they throw the billions around one loses track of what the actual numbers mean. Besides per person means a family of 4 is getting $376 a month. Pizza, some bread sticks maybe $20-$25 depending on ages and appetites. Thats 15 meals a month paid for. Believe me i understand the value of a $.

Where the heck are you shopping when pizza and bread sticks cost $20 - $25.

I make pizza at home every Friday. We make three pizzas from scratch and spend way less than $5 on all three. 1.5 cups flour ($.50), 2 TSP of yeast($10.), 1 can sauce ($85.), couple pieces of ham ($.25), a small onion & 2-3 mushrooms (<$.10), 16oz of shredded cheese ($2.99) on a bad day. 3 pizzas for less than $5. or around $1.67 ea. As for bread sticks. add a 1/4 cup more flour and a little more water and you have bread sticks.

MOST people that receive this benefit could and should be removed from this give away. it would allow them to regain some self reliance and some much needed self respect.
