I took my ccw class 13 years ago in a metal quonset hut out on a range. I remember we were pretty nervous because of many bullet holes in the bldg. They were entry, not exit.

I special ordered a Kahr pistol from these guys.
They are no-nonsese, do what they say guys.
So far, none of the bad attitude most of the gun stores exhibit. May they live long and prosper!
