I use to patrol fence like that in Jordan valley about thirty years ago. Was effective indeed. Mine field was even better. :-)

We already have a portion of the fence that looks just like that .. but they still manage to climb over it.

The key may be enough staff to watch the fenced area.

Also, the supposed 20,000 additional Border staff - won’t be available for FIVE YEARS.

Hmmmm ..?? Isn’t that convenient for the person who will be out of office before that takes affect ..??
