Your first paragraph premise is wrong. I have been very certain that the US Government spies on everyone they can and has done so for at least a decade. So, one year ago I would of said that they spy on everyone, since the NSA has been collecting all electronic data that goes out over the air for 30 years. Only recently have they really begun to have the capability to analyze it in real time.

The very first database of Big Brother overtly spying on Americans started with driver’s licenses.....then came Social Security.....then military service numbers. However, that was just the start.
