Well, in the spot Rand Paul is praising the freedom to fish act which Lamar cosponsored. It’s not a direct endorsement of his reelection.
I just think it’s very telling that Lamar Alexander decided to include Rand Paul in his ad.
I thought Rand was a koo-koo bird according to guys like Lamar (and Juan).
