I realize we're dealing with the corrupt and incompetent IRS here, but since they're the ones managing Obamacare, and they've got your income tax records right there, how is it they are unable to check?

Because they need billions of more tax dollars to hire tens more thousands more IRS agents!
Perhaps Microsoft, Apple,IBM and every single programmer in the world has refused to give the IRS an “app” for that?
Or (more likely) there are also hidden fines and fees, with interest, also tacked in there somewhere for knowingly or unknowingly “cheating”, with no statute of limitations.
