Now KTVU reporting that nose may have been way high - poss attempting a go-around.
Cargo shift, fail to spool up, panic pull-up?
That’s my guess...Pilot saw the seawall coming up fast, pulled the nose up as fast as possible resulting in the tail striking the seawall...
Just a guess....But the point of impact and debris path seems to support it.
