It’s no wonder these people rob and assault people with no fear.

Other people were standing around watching and doing nothing. One walked right by without even bothering to ask if the woman needed help.

Given that citizens react in this manner, why should criminals not assault anyone they please?

People where I live have courage, they would not stand around and watch this happen./

Thank You Jesus, that I do not live in such a cowardly place as San Francisco. What a crap hole that place must be, filled with Queers, cowards and Nancy Pelosi.

It’s called diffused responsibility. People will tend to assume somebody else will take responsibility for helping another person out.

One of our instincts that works against us is the fact that we also seek permission to do things before we do them. It’s been shown that, even in potentially dangerous situations like smoke coming out from under a door, that we will tend towards immobility until one person finally gets up to check it out, then we all check it out as a group.

This was after some Gay pride event. Gays are only concerned with their penis 24/7 and everything is about that. They ain’t got no stinking concern over helping a female that was just kicked in the face.
