Most times a lawyer counsels a defendant not to testify. That goes double here where the police interviews and reenactment have already been played for the six woman jury.

What really bothers me, well there is a lot that does actually, is the fact that testimony that is very revelant is made with the jury out.

Even though I know this happens..it makes me not want to serve on a jury again. (not that it was my cup of tea to begin with)
