No. It is not. The Left thinks it is open and shut for conviction.

Be assured that there is NOTHING like actually being in the courtroom and sitting as a juror. Watching on television is pretty meaningless. To try and gauge guilt or innocence from watching a trial on TV is a fools errand.

I was a Prosecutor or 25 years and have watched some of the trial and wouldn’t even think of making a call on it.

Being a month removed from 6 weeks of jury duty, and serving on three, I agree with you. I’m trying to judge this based on the people I served with and the deliberations experienced. Myself? He’s innocent. Don’t have a clue what these women will decide

From my one experience as a juror, I agree with this. I was impresses with many things from how we were treated in the process. The judge was very clear as to our responsibility and our power. He was also very clear about what it was we could and could not do.

You make a great point I think that television has actually altered the way prople think.
