We all realize that oil is an all important commodity for our country, so truly it is of strategic national interest. My problem right now is all the subterfuge surrounding it by corrupt politicians who are enriching themselves along the way.
We need to be drilling here and untangling ourselves from the whole rotten MIddle East IMHO.

If every Obama scandal and unconstitutional/illegal act his adm committed is swallowed up in the black hole of memory, I believe Obama will be reviled in American history for this one thing alone:
Obama’s narcissistic obsession with his own self interest and his anti-American ideology compelled him to reject available technology to open up the energy spigots to guarantee US energy independence at a time when our national security and economy clearly demanded it-—especially considering that he had premeditatedly determined to turn the ME into an islamofascist hellhole of chaos from day one of his election.
