USA Today reports from Cairo at least 10 killed, hundreds wounded in Egypt today on the Muslim Brotherhood's (Ikwhan) "Day of Rejection" of the Egyptian military's removal of President Morsi from office this week after a popular uprising.

Black Hand Symbol?
That has been the symbol of assassins in several cultures. The missing thumb is unique.
I saw some red hand symbols over in Eastern AZ back in the early to mid 1980’s. Showed the photos to a ham operator friend He was an officer at Fort Huachuca. That is in Sierra Vista, AZ. I questioned him if that was a high-sign of a sanctuary movement route. He said he did not think so, but took the photos with some interest. Later I learned about the use of that symbol.
The number of murders in Egypt have taken a huge jump since Morsi’s arrest & since his trial has begun. This is an indication of organized assassin group activity.
Others have recently commented (correct or incorrect) about the significance of the hand symbol.

Or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court. (I) Enforced disappearance of persons. (J) The crime of apartheid. (K) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.

In particular, the official capacity of a person, whether as Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or parliament, an elected representative or a government official does not relieve him in any way from criminal responsibility, nor does it constitute in itself, a reason for the reduction of sentence, and immunities and procedural rules that are linked to the official capacity of the accused does not preclude the exercise of jurisdiction by the Court, and they were Article 13 authorizes the Attorney General the authority to refer the case to the International Criminal Court if he had begun an investigation of his own in the crimes within the jurisdiction of this Court on the basis of the information that reaches to his knowledge about them.

Let me breakdown the "evolution" of deception and deconstruct the communist language change that makes "the meaning of is, is" pale in comparison.
The real name of that woman is RAB'AA. The apostrophe resembles an Arabic letter that's difficult to pronounce by many non-Arabic speakers. Therefore, RABBAA sans apostrophe was being used.
1- The "4" in R4BIA designed for the West! That "4" doesn't come even close to the Arabic "A" which looks like a bare stick "|" when used between letters or at the end of the word. It will have a "ء" on top or below it if it's the first letter of a word, depending on grammar, thus: "أ" OR "إ"
A picture is worth a thousand words.
2- as I explained above, the word is "RAB'AA OR RABAA", period. It's NOT AT ALL "RAB"I"A". The cabal wants westerners to say it even if it's now pronounced "RABYA!"
3- from the article:

We posted a video upthread that showed a girl being shot by an MB sniper while standing in a crowd in Rabaa. I commented on a couple of guys marking her for the sniper. They walked away in different directions as soon as the girl was shot.
The MB published a propaganda picture showing the "grieving father" later crying and praying next to his "daughter's" body! El Beltagi is on trial now and most likely will be hanged.

I had exchanges on Twitter with some of Gadaffi’s supporters who were in Portugal before his fall in Libya.
They knew the players there. They were the first to tell the truth about what happened in Benghazi. Have not seen them for some time.
With a little research I could probably find them again. They have been quiet for a while.

That's the message I got when I tried to see the video.
I don't claim to know what happened exactly on "the day of the camel" but the two Islamist in question might have been "foreigners" who spoke Arabic or Egyptian dialect with an accent whether Arab or totally foreign accent.
In July 2013, many Islamists were arrested in Ramsis Street and other clashes. A good percentage of them were Chechens, Syrians, Palestinians, etc. Some of them didn't speak a word in Arabic, let alone had an accent!
In the day of the camel, the Islamists and the MB tried to tag Mubarak with killing protesters. When it didn't happen, the MB did it themselves by killing their own and crying martyrdom. Something they did a lot of many times in Rabaa and Nahda.
