Technically, it is a motion for judgment of acquittal, not for dismissal.
O'Mara might (and could) move to dismiss based on immunity, but I don't think he will.
Motion for judgment of acquittal is routine.
Won't happen here. The coward judge doesn't want to be repsonsible.
