Putting Sabrina Fulton on the stand would have to be considered suborning perjury unless BDLR truly belived that she would tell the truth. He had to know that this was GZ screaming. This was a desperate attempt to try to play on the emotions of the jury by presenting evidence he knew to be false.
Normally a prosecutor would be disbarred for this behavior. But nothing about this trial is normal.
