- Lets Jeantel get away with not speaking loud enough for transcriber to hear her...and lets attorneys ask her to speak up.
- Lets Jeantel ask West questions (Have you ever seen the first 48 on tv?).
- Lets Jeantel threaten to not return the next day to testify...instead of answering a question.
- Lets JEantel go on her ‘you don’t know’ rant, instead of answering question.
- The Skype idiocy....and she kept asking if the witness could find a landline, illustrating she doesn’t understand the difference between Skype and a cell phone.
- No admonition to Boa for using notes.
- Nobody can get into the evidence locker?
- Lets West coax alternative jury instructions out of a prosecution witness.
She’s a joke.
