This is unbelievable. WHY can’t the jury know what TM was doing or on the NIGHT OF THE SHOOTING? Were not talking previous drug use, but since state of mind is the crux of the prosecution and the defense shouldn’t we know if anything effected either TM or GZ state of mind? Imagine GZ was found with THC in his system the night of the shooting. I’m sure that would be allowed.

It seems the judge will not allow any investigation results of TM up for examination.
As if TM was just walking along and was shot for being Black, skinned his knuckles
falling after he was shot, and somehow was injected with large amounts of THC by Zimm.
