Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

Amazing. A self-pre-scripted witness.
OMGOMGOMGOMG! Is there something funny there?
Bet his notes are not in English. He can’t read cursive either
Wiping the sweat off his lips as attys read his notes.
Mom was snickering. ME asked him if something was funny. This is just incredible stuff.
I wonder if his personal notes say something like “don’t forget, Bernie said to say .....”.
Ooops!
This guy seems just stupid enough to have put that into them.
"At this point in the prosecution, they won't get a conviction even if Zimmerman's mugshot was taken in Klan uniform and white hood. Worst ME testimony EVER!"
Jaw dropping. Did the autopsy, remembers nothing.
I actually laughed out loud when he, just now, refused to let the court see his notes. “These are mine. I would rather you not.” He typed them on his “own time.”
Holy moly.
And he can’t remember anything.
I wonder how many trials this ME has testified in?
IMHO, I am incredulous that this Judge is allowing this to go on with the notes. Those notes aren’t in as “evidence”.
I’m confused, again! Did this happen in 2011 or 2012?
Why does he kept saying 2 years ago? Did I really lose a year of my life?!!
The Medical Examiner typed his own notes and doesnt want to show them to anyone.
Tough cookies.
Both attorneys get to review his notes.
What a cluster F.
I cant stop LOLOLOL.
Is there something funny there??
This guy can’t be real? lmao
Has he ever testified before this trial? Both sides have a right to see his autopsy notes. The fact he said this in front of the jury makes him look shady. At least I think so. Who knows what the heck a jury thinks though.
I hope this is as apparent to the jury
.
He typed his own notes and doesnt want to show them to anyone.
******************************************
I’m beginning to think this ME is mentally ill. West is going to have a good time with the rest of the cross when it resumes.
ME comments “Is something funny?” while defense attorneys are reviewing his notes.
“Please tell me this guy was told not to bring in notes to testify from!!!!!!!!”
Apparently he wrote down everything the state told him to say...word for word...and was reading them. That’s why he couldn’t answer questions from West as they were being presented.
OMG...He just said, “Is sumting funny there?”
You can’t make this up folks!
Bao Notes: “And then say I don’t remember...”
Go easy on the guy, he’s just here to live the American Dream.
” worked in federal LE and the keys to the cells, evidence lockers, etc.. STAYED IN THE OFFICE! Yes, of course people had keys to the office but there were several steps one had to take to get to the keys.”
And I’ve *personally held* the keys to the armory in the military.
At some point, there is always one person who has to carry - and be responsible for - the *ultimate* set of keys that grants access. (Unless, of course, you have one of those two key systems where they are out of arms reach and have to be turned simultaneously.)
I just don’t see why people are so agog over the thought that someone might have been offsite the day after Independence Day with an important key. It was probably a simple oversight (albeit an important one). Regardless, no one is perfect. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone, right? The people who are freaking out over the delay into getting into the locker are the same people who expect doctors to be 100% perfect and will sue them into oblivion if they ever make a mistake.
I wish everyone could be as perfect as Nervous Tick wants them to be.
