I think it’s reversible error because the paucity of state’s evidence and the burden of proof. I’d have to dig through my pile of related precedents where a guilty verdict was reversed because the judge should have granted a motion for judgment of acquittal, but I know that happens, and based on paucity of evidence. There being no way a jury could apply the evidence to the instructions, and conclude guilt.
That’s my take exactly. Let’s hope the jury sees it that clearly too.

I don’t know. Her concern seems more superficial. I can’t explain... The other day, she was glancing at the camera when addressing one of the lawyers like a female does when trying to get at the most flattering angle for a camera.
I’m sorry, I’m trying to finish some courses on body language/deception detection etc...I’m trying to complete the highest level of all specialties and this case is giving me great real world practice. I have already completely the main courses just wanting to tweak my skills and sharpen myself. I share my interpretations here because I would drive hubby nuts with it...
