Today, July 5th, is DAY #19 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
The State is expected to wrap up their case today A great recap of the trial so far is available HERE: The key witness today expected to be Sybrina Fulton, mom.
Great Expectations? Remember, as yall have noted during the 15+ months of research, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case we could expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions. We have not been disappointed in our predictions. The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So it comes as no surprise, not a single State investigator has been called, not a single FBI officer, only one local investigative detective, Chris Serino (who supported the defense), and now the profound possibility they wont even present the Seminole County Medical Examiner. So has the State actually even proven that Trayvon is indeed, deceased? Without the M.E. the ballistics are essentially moot where did the aforementioned bullet come from? They have not established it came from Trayvons body. Think about it.
Because of pre-trial motions in limine to exclude the defense bringing it up, OMara cannot mention it. Would/Will the jurors notice a missing M.E. = Trayvon blood tox. etc?

That was a tongue-in-cheek comment. I’ve been saying all along that this BS/travesty could happen to any one of us. But one of the guys here asked (in jest, I’m guessing) if any of us gals thought GZ had sex appeal. It was a momentary diversion of humor, IOW.
Ok, now I have to pick chew up bits of doritos and soda out of my keyboard... thanks!
Maybe he supplies the local Chinese Buffet with...errr.....chicken.
You don’t know the truth........ok where us Jack Nicholson when we need him. I tried to figure out what I could remember, I couldn’t remember anything. Seriously, the funniest shit I have ever seen
“Thats a very good word for her actions. Id be willing to eat my hat that the Florida Bar nor their Supreme Court (or whomever does Judicial Misconduct complaints) will throw her out.”
I wouldn’t count on the Florida Bar to take action with respect to even criminal activity by an attorney. When I lived in Florida I went to a prominent and strongly recommended attorney who required a huge up front retainer. I paid the retainer. The attorney immediately stopped communicating with me. No responses to emails, phone calls, letters. Turns out the attorney represented a business client who was a friend of the individual I wanted to sue. He told the attorney not to sue so the attorney dropped me, kept the money and wouldn’t communicate to me. I spoke to another attorney about filing a complaint with the bar. The new attorney told me not to bother. He said the first attorney had so much political power in the state the bar wouldn’t touch him if he stood in front of the court house and shot someone in cold blood on national television. He essentially stole $3000 from me. All I got was the original consultation of 45 minutes when he said he would take my case.
No justice in Florida.
He sort of resembles Cap’t Kangaroo in the pic!
How fitting ~
And to change report fo what I can change fo prosecuter!
Remember the movie “Brazil”. The manager that couldn’s sign anything because he hurt his hand so a subordinate would sign, protecting him from any responsibility?
This guy seems like a real world example...
Defense is calling DiMaio(sp) as their ME expert and they got this guy to say he reads DiMaio’s books for expert advice.
yes...wftv observer Kathi
He’s remembering the autopsy again.
It’s a MIRACLE!!!
I figured so after reading your posts, sorry if it looked like a jumped at it! Thanks :)
you are right — .4 inches
