I don't know. I'll be the first to admit that the video could be missing pertinent aspects of the incident; given proper evidence I could back down somewhat. But, the militarization and aggressiveness of police in this country has become so obvious and widespread that frankly when I see something like this, I feel justified in considering the cops guilty until proved innocent. Which, if you think about it, is how we are all treated now by them.
Look, you see/hear daily examples of groups of cops in tactical gear and military grade weaponry smashing in doors for people with outstanding traffic warrants or things of that level of seriousness. This is a trend that has been progressing for decades, encouraged and financed by the federal government (clue!). It needs to be seriously confronted every time it happens. We are very near the tipping point of becoming a police state.
The cops are guilty.
