When are we going to admit that blacks are a plague on society not just in the USA but world-wide and start dealing honestly with the problem?

As long as we choose to ignore the truth, no solution can be implemented.

I’m not suggesting genocide. I’m suggesting finding ways of integrating blacks into society to minimize their destructive tendencies toward themselves and others.

Sure, there are exceptions, but they are few.

Your post bothers me because it makes all black folks look bad. This is not true, they are just like us. We have rotten eggs and so do they. But, I know and interact with blacks the same as I do whites, I notice no difference with normal people in either race.
