Even a freshman State Department lackey can differentiate between friend or foe but this President cannot and that is why he is the laughing stock (yet sad) of the world. Even America's enemies would like to see a somewhat more challenging figure that might give them a run for their money but this “leader” is a real effeminate pushover.
