Ask Reginald Denny. Google him if the name is not familiar.
I'm willing to contribute to a legal fund for the next Reginald Denny to sue the media for inciting a riot resulting in severe injuries or worse. Is anyone else?
If Geragos think they are throwing the case, they must be doing a pretty good job. Also, never underestimate the incompetence of an attorney who starts off a trial with a knock knock jock.
On Friday CNN ran a scroll that was the exact opposite of the actual testimony...

Third News Network Admits to False Reporting on George Zimmerman
The first was NBC, which admitted doctoring a 911 tape. This is not an accident that takes place in the hustle and bustle of putting together a newscast.
Then all of a sudden ABC decides that they're gonna enhance the video, and they say that they strip a layer away -- this is police video, by the way, now -- and that all of a sudden, lo and behold, there is evidence of injury on the back of George Zimmerman's head.
Now it is CNN saying that after enhancing the audio of Zimmerman's 911 call, they don't think he used a racial slur after all.
The Lynch Mob Media achieved its purpose. It whipped up a frenzy of racial hatred to promote its leftist agenda. Now they're doing a few "oops" corrections to try and save some credibility with the gullible. Only a fool would buy anything they peddle after this.

Usually, the only cases that go to trial are dead bang losers. If it could go either way they wind up settled (civil cases) or plea bargains (criminal). My first trial was a certain loser. The client wanted a trial no matter what. My boss papered the file warning him of the certain loss and that he should settle. They sent me in and I got my rookie brains beat in for two weeks. I literally had nothing. The upside for me was that I have never been afraid to try a case since then.
There have been a few of us here on Free Republic that thought the prosectution was just going threw the motions to satisfy the left wing mobs. They know there is no case here.
I was just discussing this with a co-worker today. Exact same thoughts. The guvn’r and state attorney bowed to the MEDIA and societal pressure to put on this kangaroo court.
Was it Minitrue or Minipax that was responsible for "Two Minutes Hate?" I have forgotten; looks like I have a reading assignment this weekend.
Sanford Florida is not required. Let then burn it to the ground.
When the prosecution reach for hypotheticals to fill in the blanks for their lack of evidence, even the densest in the Liberal Main Stream Media may start to understand.
The MSM is responsible for the riots to come, and they will breathlessly cover the "legitimate Black Rage".
While that may be true.....afte the Simpson case, a Zimmerman conviction wouldn’t surprise me. They’re trying to railroad the poor guy.
Defense needs to compare blood rushing into Zimmerman’s nasal passages from bloody nose while he was on his back to waterboarding. Create image of FEAR in Zimmerman prior to shooting.
This goal of this “trial” is to create a large, racially motivated riot, which should spread to several major cities across the U.S., giving BO the cover he needs to declare martial law. IMHO
After the riots following Zimmerman’s acquittal Eric Holder will probably indict Zimmerman for violating the civil rights of the sweet innocent little child. Look at what happened to the LAPD cops after the riots in 1992. George H. W. Bush, aka “kinder gentler nation Bush”, sold those poor guys down the river.
I hate the MSM.....they need to be sued for their action here.
I could not believe how the state prsented the hoodie. They had it in a box looking like a cross. Arms out, and they framed it so that they cutout a surrounding backing piece to exaggerate it being a cross.
How the defense couldn’t object to this.
Further the prosecution guy when referring to Martin repeatedly called him a “the victim” without any challenge from defense. that’s a judgment statement form the state attorney.
Unlike this trial it wouldn’t be a difficult case to make. Their excuses for doctoring tapes and the like are incredibly lame.
