Ratliff apologizes for saying county manager shouldn’t be a ‘white male’

White people are encouraged to apply for the position even though they will likely be passed over.

Even private companies try to preserve the illusion of a transparent application process that does not discriminate.

She voted against the firing of the last manager, Harry Jones, who was black. Seems to me, she doesn't like white men. Maybe, she's concerned they can add and subtract.

I did a google images search for “ratliff carolina” and got the following picture of a pile of dead pigs.

Which, on average, appear to be both more attractive than the dear miss Ratliff herself, and weigh much less, and cost the taxpayers much less each year. 8<)
