I had a very dear SA friend, born there, who sought to immigrate to the US. As a native African, she was welcomed with open arms, until it was discovered that she was white. No dice.

They're welcome in Australia, Canada and Latin America. I doubt they'll have too many issues moving abroad.

It’s only been a couple of years ago that Canada denied a white SA asylum. He was already in Canada when they kicked him out. Did their policy change? His name was Jeff something, I’ll have to google it.
