Maybe this the prosecution “throwing the case”? What if they were upset about being pressured to bring charges in the first place, and this is their way of showing how ridiculous that was....just a conspiracy thought..
NO, the prosecution forced this issue. They were assigned to go down there and look into it. Remember, the FBI found nothing wrong and withdrew. Sanford did not file. Madam Corey bipassed the GJ to go with a complaint.
