Judging the veracity of a witness is the jury's job. Laymen are qualified to judge cedibility. They don;t need an expert to tell them who is telling the truth.

Wasn’t the question put to Serino yesterday, “Do you think Zimmerman is a pathological liar?” It was after Serino said Zimm was either truthful or a pathological liar. Seems like a reasonable question to me, a non-legal trained person.

I guess we’re just going to have to agree to disagree.

Personally I feel the jury should here the “opinion” of a veteran Detective and a trained professional concerning the truthfulness of a suspect he’s diligently investigated and interrogated.
