Baldo is now using opinion of profiling testimony from Serino. MOM objected but of course the judge allowed.
I’m wondering if anyone is keeping track of just how many times Judge DebDred has overruled a Defense objection and sustained the state’s objections. I would be interested in seeing those stats after this fiasco is over with.
