She was a minor and not the sharpest knife.

Crump claimed DD was a minor, but RJ (the witness who took the stand) was 18 when she was interviewed. Crump's publicized description of the girl/woman who gave the interview (referred to as Trayvon's 16-year-old girlfriend) bears no relation to the witness who took the stand. It's unclear whether BC was describing an actual girlfriend who might be a friend of RJ, or whether the 16-year-old girlfriend was invented from whole cloth, but I find it hard to imagine any way he could plausibly have believed his claims were true.

Incidentally, some aspects of what happened were initially misreported in the media, and there are some aspects of RJ's story which agree with the erroneous reporting but not with what actually occurred. One clear example is the fact that RJ claimed that TM said was going to get some "iced tea". In fact, the product he purchased was watermelon drink, but the design of the can is similar to iced tea cans. Unless one believes TM would habitually say "iced tea" when he meant watermelon drink, it would seem odd that RJ would say TM was buying something he was erroneously reported as having purchased, rather than what he actually bought. It's also interesting that in trial, she changed her statements to saying he told her he'd bought some Arizona.

Another nice aspect of RJ's testimony is that she heard the sound of wet grass, but was unable to say what wet grass sounds like. Such a statement makes it seem as though "wet grass" was something she knew she should mention, but wasn't something she actually heard on the night of the shooting.

The Iced Tea drink TM was going after (and the Skittles) were the main ingredients (plus Robitussen) in a toxic drug/drink called "Lean"...
Trayvon, with his hoodie up, grabs two items from the shelves of 7-11. One is the Skittles. The other is Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail. The media avoid the name of the real drink -- possibly because of the racial implications of the word "watermelon," but possibly to avoid probing the real reason for Trayon's trip.

Trayvon, in fact, had become a devotee of the druggy concoction known as "Lean," also known in southern hip-hop culture as "Sizzurp" and "Purple Drank." Lean consists of three basic ingredients -- codeine, a soft drink, and candy. If his Facebook postings are to be believed, Trayvon had been using Lean since at least June 2011.

On June 27, 2011, Trayvon asks a friend online, "unow a connect for codien?" He tells the friend that "robitussin nd soda" could make "some fire ass lean." He says, "I had it before" and that he wants "to make some more." On the night of February 26, if Brandy had some Robitussin at home, Trayvon had just bought the mixings for one "fire ass lean" cocktail.

Trayvon pays for his purchases. He then appears to point to an item behind the counter, but the clerk seems to reject that option. Trayvon turns from the counter with a couple of dollar bills still in his hand.

Trayvon leaves the 7-11, but we do not see him walk in front of the store window back towards Brandy's home.

6:25

Three squirrely young men enter the 7-11, all of them with their faces concealed in part or in full. The clerk had to have been nervous. One of the three (Curly) takes off his hat and shakes out his long, curly dark hair. He is likely either white or Hispanic, or, like Zimmerman, a "white Hispanic."

John who was the one out with flashlight) wife said the heard a sound like shoes scuffing on sidewalk and grass. She was able to describe what DD probably heard

DD was used by telling that she was not interviewed privately and “she was in a rush in a closet during other interview points the finger at the prosecution.
One thing stood out to me she repeatedly talked about not being asked the question or the right question. It’s the snitch mentality. You don’t offer up material but you answer truthfully ( not necessarily the full truth)

It's unclear whether BC was describing an actual girlfriend who might be a friend of RJ, or whether the 16-year-old girlfriend was invented from whole cloth,

I found some interesting information at this link. Who really lived at the TOWNHOUSE where Trayvon's DAD was staying ?

Trayvon Martin – Who is Brandy Green, really?

I have so many questions about Tracy’s relationship with Brandy Green. For one thing, they are both married. Brandy Latresa Green

Brandy tells reporter, “He don’t know anybody here” and “he was sitting on the porch and this man had killed him, are you serious?”. What was on the porch that made Brandy think he was sitting there before he was killed?

Brandy Green tells Reporter, ““he was sitting on the porch and this man had killed him”

Tracy Martin is married to Alicia Stanton Martin. No divorce on record. According to Alicia, they separated just a few weeks prior to Trayvon’s death. She’s upset that she raised Trayvon for 15 years and has been all but left out of the public grieving process. She’s been interviewed only a couple of times. Media bias is the only explanation.

“He is a very good father,” Stanley told the Sentinel. She said she and Martin split up just weeks before Trayvon’s death.

Did someone besides Brandy Green live in her condominium? A friend … or a relative?

In order to answer some of these questions, I did a bit of digging. I found someone does, or did live with Brandy, her sister. This information was not too hard to find in public records. Who is Zakiya Laurent Richardson?

She’s a member of Marium 549 - the female chapter of black masons in Orlando, as is Brandy Green.

Sister Brandy Green

Sister Zakiya Laurent (Richardson)

Zakiya’s last name is Richardson now – I’m not sure if that is her maiden name or married name. I found a high-school mention of Zakiya Richardson. Zakiya has a criminal record under both names:

Zakiya Laurent :

Charge 1 STATUTE: 812.014(3)(A) CHARGE: PETIT THEFT

As Zakiya Richardson, another, more serious arrest:

Zakiya Richardson

Where: SEMINOLE COUNTY : FL

Charge Description MARIJ POSS W/INTENT TO SELL MFG OR DELIV

WARRANTLESS VOP

Seminole County FL court records found matching the name ZAKIYA RICHARDSON.

ATTEMPT MARIJ TRAFF OVER 25LBS UP TO $2,000.LBS-0R 300 PLANT

MARIJ POSS W/INTENT TO SELL MFG OR DELIV

Also, Tabatha Green, a “friend” on Zakiya’s change.org page, has a daughter named Dee Dee. Coincidence, I’m sure.
