"...why should his CONCLUSION not be admissable?" I think we all know the answer to that. And it has nothing to do with justice or fairness, much less with the goal of ensuring a fair trial for Zimmerman.

Right - It all depended on WHAT his conclusion was.....not that he had a conclusion but did his conclusion FIT the state/judge's conclusion... if YES it would be allowed to stand - so apparently it did not!!
