Either that or the prosecution is indeed on a fishing expedition to find inconsistencies in GZ taped testimony (about SYG and other things--Hannity) or to try to establish that GZ lied (i.e. did know about SYG--even tho SYG is not an issue).

The prosecution is fishing for a lie at best and inconsistencies at worst.

Just because someone took a criminal justice class does not mean they know or understand the law. I took courses in all kinds of crap when I was in Law School and promptly forgot 90% of it an hour after final exams.

There is no way Zimmerman’s participation in some general education course on Criminal Justice can be used to prove some motive in this case. Even if the curriculum stated that this was a subject that would be covered in class, it doesn’t mean that it was. Throughout my entire education probably half the stuff that was in the curriculum was never taught. There wasn’t enough time to cover it all and even if they covered it, it is entirely speculative that anyone learned anything about it.
