NO, and NO.
Serino said someone found a (2?) pieces behind the bushes NEAR the scene. Descriptions by Serino were of a piece of window awning, and a piece of window hardware. Not taken into evidence, not ‘printed’, not related. He also said like a ‘burglary tool’, but then he was the one who decided it wasn’t important. And he was in charge.
It might say that but she went from 1 injury to possibly 12 and she never examined Zimmerman.
Yep. I found Jeantel downright menacing...multiply that several times and you have our dear little Trayvon.
Smart...glad it all turned out okay!
I forgot to mention he was about 67 300 # and past pro bouncer
Mercy! LOL!! Big boy!
I have always opened window with permission of the owner and usually asked if they were OK with some Spackle and paint to repair the damage i would cause.
I just found the weakest part of the sash connection and pushed whatever I had into that gap and then began “Brinneling” (look it up - “worming” is another word for it) the sash gap across the length of the sash. Eventually I broke the bond between the two sashes.
Then, I worked the lock open.
The repairs were easy.
Indeed! I’m actually hoping the def puts forth their case...altho I’d be very happy for George if they managed to get a directed verdict or something. I want them to really ram it home durn it all !!!!!!
It woke up all the men who were sleeping in the court.
same garbage as before...not a real story
M’OM should bring it up during closing and tie it all together.
The prosecution is not proving second degree murder with facts, just throwing anything at the wall in hopes a jury will cherry pick one of those things on which to hang a guilty verdict. I’m not too optimistic about the verdict.
WOW!! Doesn’t this affect this trial?
LOL...she was certainly a breath of fresh air compared to the ME.
Thanks for the head’s up.
So is court adjourned for the day?
Yep
Yeah I think so.....
“Cop wanna be”would be all conjecture, and the evidence to date all seems to indicate gz was being injured. Is there a chance dumb jurors will buy dumb arguments? Sure, but it’s more likely that a dumb argument will be seen as just that...a dumb argument.
“...Im not too optimistic about the verdict.”
I hear ya! Please, dear LORD, give this jury courage!
Something strong like a screwdriver, or pry bar ? I was asking you what you used to 'break apart' the sash that was likely stuck by dried paint.
What did you use to make it so you could get the 'thin metal strip' in so you could release the lock ?
Thx for the daily thread. I’m looking forward to the coroner/autopsy testimony.
Have a great evening FReepers.
Beware, creepy, very creepy.
