Today, July 2nd, is DAY #17 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Today Detective Chris Serino will be back on the stand. [Yesterday ended] on the stand with Chris Serino, who was the lead investigator for the Sanford Police Department on the Trayyvon Martin shooting.
Defense counsel Mark O’Mara led cross-examination with his usual consummate skill, obtaining responses from this witness–remember, the State’s witness–that all but completely guts the State’s charge in this case.
Among the key revelations so far: Zimmerman was always completely cooperative, open, and straightforward with all the police investigators over many weeks of multiple interviews, both in person at the police station and phone. “Any head injury has the potential of being fatal.”
Absolutely!
Prosecution keep dwelling on the “minor” injuries. Then this witness said that because of the small lacerations, his head could not have been hit hard. Certainly people die from head injuries without lacerations. This witness is an idiot and a liar.
I came off a horse and landed back first on a rock. My noggin hit the concrete hard ground of the southern Arizona desert. My back was bruised severely. My noggin was not. But it was several hours before I could think clearly.
She never examined the actual “body”. She ass-u-mes too much
Any answer as to why she has photos that are hers but not been put into evibence?
Isn’t her observantions directly in conflict with GZ’s Doctor’s Assistant’s testimony.
Actually, a closed head injury is far more dangerous than an open wound.
This woman should never play poker.

I got hit one shot one time to the face....staggered and went down. No major injury, just a contusion, black eye BUT if they guy had wanted to, I was helpless and he could easily have hurt me severely as I was not responsive.
Savage was off the rails yesterday, some think it was a gag in an attempt to rile up lefties to call his show.
I have no idea, but he certainly had basic facts mixed up.
It was simply careless on his part, and adds his shill voice to an already charged up situation.
I’m sure there are countless homicides on record where the victim was killed by getting his\her head smashed on concrete.
It’d be useful for the defendants to find records and photographs of those with the most similar injuries.
Savage is an utter fraud who tries to get someone to get fired up about his opinion. Poor man probably sitting there with no calls on hold and had to pretend to be against Zimmerman. He has no principles and is always contradicting himself because he’s all about the show not the issues.
I feel bad for people who get suckered into listening to his show thinking they’re getting real social and political commentary when all they’re getting is a show.
Was shocked at her behavior and evasiveness for being an ME for 32 years and a supposed expert. O’Mara eviscerated her and she deserved every bit of it.
As I said, she is the Rachael Jeantel of the medical community.
Can the prosecution clean this one up???

Omara has taken her from 1 hit..to 4 on the left, 3 on the right and 3 plus back plus the 2 punches to the face..that equals 12 total possible hits I say he broke her...LOL
Many, many years ago, in my early twenties, I was sucker punched in the nose and knocked out cold.
