My family goes to the library on a regular basis. Now that school is out, my daughter and I go at least once a week.

There's a library a couple blocks over from where I work. Nearest bookstore is several miles away and I work for an employer that doesn't like personal internet usage (and I don't like using my SmartPhone to view webpages - hurts my eyes too much after a little while). I go there a couple times a week during lunch, rummage through the periodicals, wander the history section of the stacks. It ends up being pretty relaxing and helps me de-stress.

I'm actually looking forward to these "navigators" showing up. Will find out pretty quickly just how much they really know about what they're pushing ... :)

Several of my friends are volunteers in the branch I primarily use and they have heard nothing about this happening in our system, but too a one all said they will stop volunteering in a heartbeat if they even consider participating.
