not only do businesses have a right to check the backgrounds of job applicants, they have a positive duty to do so...
lest customers or other workers get mugged or raped (or even killed) “because of negligent hiring.”
This is
1. a duty to society at large
(including customers)
2. a duty to other employees of the firm, and
3. a duty to the firm itself (in that careless hiring can lead to expensive litigation and judgements for damages, injuries, wrongful deaths, etc.)
When I was a kid small and large businesses regularly hired criminals because of quotas and rehab programs. The criminals, in turn, raped, murdered and pillaged at will. We supposedly concluded that recidivism rates were much higher than what liberals claimed. There is no rehab for most violent criminals. Either they are in jail or they are harming society. Blacks did most of the raping and murdering and whites were the main targets.
I had a friend whose mom (of five children) was beaten and raped by the air conditioning repair man, who was just released from prison for committing rape. Violent crime could not be avoided. Everyone knew people who had been ravished by violent criminals. Liberals - politicians, ministers, judges, prosecutors, and lawyers only talked about the poor criminals (products of America’s racist society and did not care at all about the victims of crime. To say criminals needed to be locked up was deemed racist.
Everyone knew, but did not say, blacks were doing most of the violent crime until the race card was pulled and then everyone knew that everyone knew, but everyone was afraid to say for fear of being tagged a racist. They faked and hid crime stats like they do now through media blockades. They hid black on white violent crime statistics until a paper in Australia published an article called “America’s silent civil war.” The author got FBI statistics that showed more whites were murdered by Blacks over a thirty year period, than soldiers killed in Viet Nam. I believe that was published in the 1980’s.
Liberals also condemned self defense and convinced the public they were safer going along with the demands of criminals than to victims of crime. You took the risk of going to prison if you defended yourself and knocked off or injured a criminal. You were just supposed to die (and surrender to socialism - welfare state, changes in schooling, housing projects, etc.) because you were a dirty white racist and had to say. Or you could run from the cities. Liberals called that racism - white flight.
They played upon America’s good nature and desire to befriend and heal the black race and to make up for segregation and slavery. A lot of Christians were murdered and raped for this “befriending.”
All these lies and evil finally ran out of steam and Reagan was elected. We cracked down on crime and took sentencing power away from liberal judges but the schools were ruined and liberals in the Federal government had put violent housing projects in areas where whites fled the cities in the name of civil rights. We elected people to lock up violent criminals. Reagan started the “war on drugs” as many violent criminals were drug users.
The younger generations have no idea of any of this because we are back to media embargoes, leftist propaganda and radicalism in the schools and we have a black racist in power who is setting the mass murder all in motion again.
