Probably old hat for those of you following the trial. But overall, a pretty good day for JORGE Zimmerman...

Maybe, that’s why the local folks decided NOT TO PRESS CHARGES, until the race pimps got involved.

Serino, the one who then aggressively interrogated Zimmerman, just testified he completely believed Zimmerman did NOT profile Trayvon Martin, and that he felt Zimmerman told the truth in his interview.

Interesting prosecutorial tactics, put up your witnesses and then impeach them on redirect.

Every witness the state has presented has been co-opted by the defense.
This case is a farce. Prosecute Angela Corey and Bernie “The Roach”.

imprisonment for a term of years not exceeding life
I suppose they could hold him for 200 years...
Really, what’s the point?

Without knowing the procedures to bring someone to prosecution in Sanford, Fla., I make the following statement.
I was detective for a major metro department. Worked sex crimes and robberies. Both considered major crimes everywhere. Where I worked, the police were the ones that brought cases to the DA’s office for prosecution. I never saw an instance where the DA did the actual charge, like they did with Zimmerman.
So, here’s the first question i would ask every member of the Sanford PD, that had anything to do with the investigation and who dealt with Zimmerman:
Why didn’t YOU make the charge?
If I recall, the police opted not to charge him and the DA stepped in with a ridiculous case, willfully withholding information, and made the charge.

Is this case going to result in a mis-trial, or open for big time appeal because of the make up of the jury? The jury is made up of 6 white and hispanic women. Where are the MEN on the jury?
I think Zimmerman acted in self defense, (and the testimony, so far, proves it) but is this a set up against him no matter what the verdict is?

Interesting prosecutorial tactics, put up your witnesses and then impeach them on redirect. Are *those* the tactics of a team who is looking to prove (ie;win) their case?

This case is over...
In fact, the prosecution never had a case.

The Menendez brothers, O.J. Simpson, and Casey Anthony. Never underestimate a jury's potential to go absolutely brain dead.

The legal analyst working with Orlando's Channel 9 seemed to agree that it was a good day for GZ.He said that the state made a huge error in allowing several things into evidence and that that error presented to the jury a plausible claim for self defense, made in GZ’s own words, without exposing him to questioning by the prosecutor.Last week that analyst said that GZ *must* testify to save himself.Today he said that there's no reason whatsoever for him to take the stand.

Jorge he must be, if he is acquitted. First flight to Peru, if he wants to live.

He is guilty! The fix is in.
Democrats are always phoning it in when they know they are going to win. Obama did it in the first debate.

The prosecution can not appeal an acquittal but the Feds could step in with civil rights charges.

It backfired in their faces..

It sure looks like it but we’re not in the Courtroom and we won’t be in the jury room for deliberations either. Usually juries get it right but who knows?

He’ll be acquitted, I think. That’s the end of it, but for the naval gazing and civil suits against the press. Oh, and the riots.

It can be a good day every day for Zimmerman at the trial, but the jury may be blind as a bat.
