U.S. Fails In Extradition Bid, Decides Against Appeal

As reported by WireNews+Co last week, the United States of America failed in its attempt to extradite, to New Hampshire, an American citizen sought in connection with obtaining a false passport in 1997.

In February 2013 the requested person was arrested in the United Kingdom after the United States had accused him of the offence of applying for the renewal of the passport.

But in June 2013 the Senior District Judge at Westminster Magistrates' Court in the City of London discharged the U.S. extradition request on the grounds of double-jeopardy.

Malcolm Hawkes represented the requested person, who had already been convicted in 2010 in the UK for the offences of possession and use of the false U.S. passport.

The U.S. Department of Justice had been given until 4:30pm today to appeal the Court's ruling, but decided against taking the case further.

Malcolm was instructed by Jenny Winter of Birds Solicitors.

When I saw the subject was about a false passport I thought it must be about Barack Obama and his unexplained trip to Pakistan (Pohk-EE-Sthan) back in the early 1980’s.

At the time Pakistan was on the US No-Travel list and Obama claims he was a college student here in the USA. But somehow he made the trip. Supposition is that he actually had a foreign passport and was if he was attending college it was as a foreigner.

Don’t understand how it is “double-jeopardy” because the guy was convicted in 2010, when in 2013 he once again tries to use a fraudulently obtained passport.

Pakistan was not on any no-travel list back then. That rumor was debunked a long time ago.

Right now, very significant assets at “nsa” and other “agencies” are being aligned on Snowden. It’s what they do, after all. When the time is right, the trigger will be pulled, and from the perspective of “government,” “justice” will have been served.

In death, Mr Snowden will become the stuff of legend within the ranks of those who staff the big, blank-faced, unblinking bureaucracies. A cautionary tale, for certain. So ends all such as he!!

Of the thousands and thousands who’s daily work consists of peering into the mundaneness of 320,000,000 lives, looking for the dangerous aberrations, only he has “blown the whistle.” Fewer will do so after his demise. Fewer than “only” is scant, indeed.

The good news is that “they” have spent the united states to the raw edge of oblivion. Collapse is virtually inevitable. May we, or our successors, do better next time.

Thanks for your input.

Do you have any reliable references for that debunking?

Everything I have read states that there was a travel ban.

I would like to know the truth with certainty.

The debunking is here. Took me all of 30 seconds to find it on Google.
