Calling Home Depot for the replacement light fixture cover took this long, nearly 2 hours, six phone forwards, a call to Florida, and two emails - to find out I have to hand deliver the info to them.
I'll do it tomorrow since they're open. Sorry to say I neglected to ask if all MA stores are open tomorrow;
